The Literature of the Sages of Aram-Zobá
The book Sifre Aram Zobá was published by the center in collaboration with the Ben-Zvi Institute in 1996. It is a research work by Dr. Yaron Harel, which provides a bibliography accompanied by interpretation and commentary on approximately four hundred books written by the sages of Aram-Tzová. The work includes biographies of the authors, photographs of the book covers, a detailed breakdown of the contents of the books, and an index. This publication is the result of the efforts of the research committee of the Center for Jewish Heritage of Eretz Israel, under the direction of Professor Yaakov Shweke. The book was awarded the “Aminuaj” Prize in the year 2000. In 2020, the original printed book was adapted into an online digital format and integrated into the center’s website.
